Hello, and welcome to the blog. My name is Mukesh Bodhi, and I’m from Central India. For most of my life, I’ve lived with anxiety and panic attacks. It was something that felt normal for me, and for a long time, I had no idea why. It wasn’t until much later in life, after a full psychological evaluation from a professional in Mumbai, that I began to understand the roots of what I was feeling.

Growing up in a small, rural town, mental health wasn’t a topic we discussed. In fact, it was something of a taboo. Even today, there’s a lack of awareness, especially in more rural areas. My turning point came during my college days at NIT Jaipur. A roommate, seeing the struggles I was going through, was the first person to suggest I talk to a professional. It was the first time I realized I wasn’t alone.

Though I saw psychiatrists over the years, a proper and thorough evaluation came later in life after a chance meeting with a friend in Mumbai. This was when I truly began to understand the depth of my psychological issues, and that understanding was a huge step forward—it has helped me immensely.

Around the same time, I had a growing feeling that I was in the wrong career. I wanted to do something that not only earned me a living but also allowed me to help others who might be going through the same things I have. That’s why I started this blog.

I’m not a therapist or an expert. I’m just someone who has walked this path and wants to share what I’ve learned. My hope is that my journey can make someone else’s a little easier. My mission is to build a safe, open space where we can talk about anxiety and mental health without judgment. It’s a place where we can share what works for us and be reminded, in a world that can feel isolating, that we are absolutely not alone.
